Whole grain quinoa flour is made by first toasting the quinoa seeds in the oven until they get a nice and roasted flavour. Then the seeds are ground to flour. Quinoa flour can be used for baking or as a binding agent. It is also gluten-free.
Application: bread, pizza crust, pancakes, cakes, cookies, sauces and soups.
